Eletir is currently being established as an independent company.
Until incorporation, Alpitronic GmbH is responsible for the processing of personal data collected in connection with the Eletir website and Eletir forms.
1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. When do we collect personal data?
We collect personal data primarily when you choose to interact with us, for example when you:
- join the Eletir waitlist
- apply to join our team
- submit another Eletir form
- contact us directly
Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, company, role and any information you provide voluntarily.
3. How do we use your data?
We use the information you provide to:
- manage the Eletir waitlist
- communicate with people interested in Eletir
- respond to enquiries
- review job applications and potential team members
- follow up where relevant to the reason you contacted us
The applicable legal basis depends on the interaction and may include taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in developing and operating Eletir, compliance with legal obligations or your consent where required.
4. Forms provided through Typeform
We use Typeform to provide certain forms, including waitlist and application forms.
When you submit one of these forms, Typeform processes the information you enter on our behalf.
Typeform uses service providers and subprocessors to operate its platform. This may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Where required, international transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards under applicable data-protection law.
5. The Eletir website
Our website is built and hosted using Framer.
Framer's built-in analytics are designed without cookies or persistent identifiers and provide us with aggregated website usage information.
We currently do not use third-party advertising, behavioural tracking or analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or LinkedIn Insight Tag.
If we introduce technologies that require consent in the future, we will update this policy and implement the appropriate consent mechanism.
6. Who can access your data?
Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for the purposes described above.
This may include:
- people working on the Eletir project
- Alpitronic GmbH in its role as Data Controller
- Typeform and its subprocessors
- Framer and technical service providers necessary to operate the website and forms
We do not sell personal data.
We may also disclose information where required by law, a court or a competent public authority.
7. How long do we retain your data?
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected or where retention is required by law.
In particular:
- Waitlist and general enquiries: up to 24 months after the last interaction
- Applications: up to 12 months after completion of the application process
Where you ask us to delete your data earlier and no legal reason requires us to retain it, we will do so.
8. How do we protect your data?
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure.
No internet-based system can provide absolute security, but we limit access to personal data and use established service providers for the systems through which it is processed.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:
- obtain information about and access your personal data
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- request deletion
- request restriction of processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interests
- receive certain data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
10. External websites
The Eletir website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
Once you leave our website, the processing of personal data on those websites is governed by the respective provider's privacy practices.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services or processing activities change.
The current version will always be available on this page.
Once Eletir has been incorporated, we expect the Data Controller information to be updated accordingly.
